New user interface

We are welcoming more and more users everyday, and getting a lot of feedback. We are happy you are talking to us, it helps us make HappyTodos better for You.

First, a new GUI is well overdue. HappyTodos is getting completely revamped to something of a hybrid between Trello and Basecamp, with special Daily Work Schedule feature that is unique to HappyTodos.

In the new user interface we have cooking for you, you will be able to:

• manage several projects on same screen,
• view multiple task details or;
• each employee personal card
• all on one super – easy dashboard.

Data will be displayed in form of cards, where each card has a specific interface designed to either manage a project, edit task details or view today’s tasks per employee on their personal member card.

• You will also get easy access to activity logs per project, task and employee;
• Each card will also show you project’s actual costs in real time (PRO feature) and project time reports for free users.
• Also, assign team member to task using simple drag & drop from a panel with all users avatars.
• Full system search
• Personal messaging inbox
• We are also planning to include Reply by Email feature in the upcoming version.
